This was by far the most well-stocked garden center of any HD I’ve ever been too! It had the prettiest, healthiest looking plants I’ve ever seen! Unfortunately the rudeness and unfriendliness of your cashier during my visit left a lot to be desired. I have an ADA disability and although seeing me struggle multiple times she never once offered to help. She never smiled. Never said hello. Never thanked me for my business. She was too concerned with being on her cell/phone and writing in a small memo notepad dying my entire visit to engage with her customers. She took what could have been a wonderful visit and made it awkward and unwelcoming to me. I was a first time customer to this location. On a positive note there was a young college-aged kid stocking the planters who was nice once I asked for his help. I aso appreciated the Memorial Day display on the hill outside. My brother is a Marine veteran so it really warmed my heart. Thank you. <3

My wife went shopping for some exotic plants and was thrilled with the wide selection offered here. She selected a desert cactus plant which is very healthy. The price was very reasonable.

I was very impressed with the Home Depot in Woodstock, Ga. The store was so neat and organized and. Rey well stocked, I plan to go there for my next home project.

I purchased products for a new bathroom. The store had all the items needed and the professionals were wonderful assisting my needs

The 4 employees that I came in contact with was very polite and helpful.

We were needing a new washer and dryer, so we stopped by our local Home Depot just to check out their washers and dryers. We met Tim, the appliance associate on duty and through our conversation he convinced us on a purchase. The appliances were delivered Friday, set up by Denarie and Travis and to dare we’re very happy with our purchase.

I had a great experience thanks to the staff in the lumber section that helped me without hesitation and Dillon at the end closing my sale and getting me going efficiently. This is a good example of what I wish all Hone Depot’s were like

The employees at this location are the best and it smells like a Home Depot should.

I really like this store. It's very close to my house. The biggest problem problem I see is the contractors' pick up area. Sometimes there are three or four trucks trying to pick up materials and it becomes an issue when you are trying to leave the store.

They are so attentive to your need and always willing to help

I often as a customer with experience helping others. Often people just looking and little or no help that knows anything available.

Sales associate JADE was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable,polite and helpful. The same for The Tall Gentleman in flooring

I am happy with my purchase.

I purchased mulch for my yard and found just what I needed at a good price. I also found several other things I needed for my various DIY projects around the house. I can always find what I need and at great prices.

Willy in the paint department was Great, he helped me get the right paint for my job.

Two large and expensive remodels in our home were made easy and rewarding thanks to Associate Jade. She was obviously enjoying helping us which made us know that he heart AND her extreme skills were determined to give us a perfect experience.

I needed so much help and I was surrounded by people who had the skill and sincere interest in me, all of whom were happy to be at work and doing what customers needed. I felt a part of their team!

Shopped online talked with David at the Woodstock Home Depot and purchased my washer through him over the phone. He was very helpful and things went very smoothly. He had answers to all my questions. I would definitely reach out to him if I were shopping for an appliance again.

Aisles are too crowed with merchandise. If you are behind someone and they stop to look at something you are trapped. This can't be safe. If there was a gun shot or fire, it would be a huge problem

I’m always certain to leave this store satisfied.

Good Customer Service

The gentleman wearing the Georgia bulldog hat that was the Picker that was working on Tuesday December 3rd around 4pm, told me to "get in line" when I arrived to pickup my online order. He then proceeded to complain to Alicia (or Alice) at the pickup station about technology problems. Instead of any kind of communication around how long I would be waiting, I was left to stand at the order pickup station waiting without any information while wife and dog continued to wait in the car in the parking lot. I've done a lot of shopping at home Depot, received a lot of fine customer service of the years by many people. Im sure today was a ln outlier, however, today's experience was by far terrible. Being told to "Get in Line" in a dismissive way by someone walking away from me is not at all the kind of service I expect. After twenty minutes of waiting with no update, I went and picked up the items myself. When I got back with my items to the order pickup station, the picker employee was talking about how bright it was inside the store with another cashier.
