Store is very well stocked and employees super friendly. The garden center cashier (Kimberly) greeted me upon arrival. It was early in the morning and they weren’t busy so, in addition to helping me find items, we had a wonderful talk about gardening and companion planting. Very happy with the store and the above and beyond friendliness of the staff. Thank you again Kimberly for all your help!

The employees were very helpful very polite I believe Cartersville Home Depot is the best. Man I sure would love my $5,000 gift card

It is always a joy when you enter a place where everyone it is eager to help, everyone it is in a gear mood, even whit the mask on you can tell that they are smiling. That makes you feel good and welcome.

Store is always clean, everything is always easy to find and the associates are always helpful.

Hustling & bustling outside the store is a healthy sign. Strive to monitor the OUTS. There are no reason for one store having abundance of a product, while the other is looking at zero quantity. Hot products should be balanced between store on a Regional basis.

I have two adult children and now that I'm nearing retirement I'll have more time for their projects Home Depot is my go-to store because I've used them for many years I know pretty much in advance what they have which is consistent quality and availability of the items I generally need

We shop at this store often, and Frederick went above and beyond to help us. When an employee sees you struggling and actually comes to you to see if they can help, that is customer service. Frederick helps us with key and locks for our new home, and we are grateful he was there to help!

Their flooring dept at the store was super helpful too! I think it was "Ashley?" But all that i talked to here in the flooring dept was super on top of it! Kudos and thank you for all of your help, cant wait to see the finished product!

Half the employees were not wearing their PPE correctly (mouth/nose exposed, even when near customers), and the person helping us with key copying didn't bother adhering to the 8.5x11.5 sheet of paper instructing all employees to wear gloves when handling transactions at the key kiosk.

A good selection of Dish Washers, which is what I was shopping for and great customer service. I came, I bought.

I have shopped at the Woodstock, GA. Home Depot since I moved to Acworth. Always had friendly sales help. There are always people who find something wrong with any store, and I have had a few issues with Home Depot before, however, they have always rectified any issue and made it right. Great store!

My flooring was supposed to be in a week ago and I was not updated that it would not be here and then I had to call multiple times just to find out that it would get here today. When I called today to see if I could pick it up, I was told that it was on backorder despite them having already scheduled the installation for next week. I am very unhappy that I was not updated without multiple requests by me and that the flooring is continuing to get pushed back.

I have been shopping at the Woodstock Store # 0116 ever since the store opened and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. The employees are always helpful and the store is always well stocked.

Not at all horrible no registers open with cashiers the self check out charged my credit card 4 times. If it was a cashier at a register would not have happened. Go to Lowe’s where they care don’t over charge and have a cashier

ARMANI, in customer service, assisted my husband and I with our new riding lawn mower purchase and was super courteous, friendly and professional! She's a great asset to this location! :)
