Bought this on Saturday afternoon after driving 25 miles to get there it was 26 ft of 12 wide indoor outdoor carpet that has a big run in it didn’t see it until I unrolled it to install. Store personnel were so bad I didn’t even take it back due to not wanting a confrontation with such rude people

Home Depot Ordered in May Constantly called to see where order was since there was no communication Order finally came in but installation couldn’t happen until July 15 Jul 15th doors ended up having to be taken down due to not being able to do double doors After unresolved answers when I called HD Clint called and was able to do all the leg work with the distributor to resolve and tried reinstalling August 13th almost a month later Dispute it being a custom order the doors needed to be “modified” to fit our house with a vinyl strip across the top and the bottom so it could be mounted, BUT could not complete the doors because the manufacturer didnt send closers or handled despite being included. He brought some at the store just so he didn’t have to take the doors down again. HD was once again contacted by us in person where we were reassured it would be made right by the correct hardware coming in and me not having to call HD to see what was going on We had no contact from HD the entire time, i was given a notification that the hardware had come to our home address through email in Sep. 5th. Clint came out to finish work on Sep. 17th and discovered missing the second closer and still no handles Called HD once again, spoke to order lady. No further communication in fixing issues until once again parts came to home on Oct. 1st Clint came out Oct. 8th to finish installation again. Was yet again missing a door handle as they only ordered 1. We are done. It has been 6 months roughly we have been dealing with something that should have only taken a month to do order and have installed.

HD has made great changes in store aesthetics and staff knowledge. Nailed it!

I served on active for 28 years. I just retired and moved to Fernandina Beach. I’ve shopped Home Depot from Hawaii to Arkansas, Alabama and Virginia. The Yulee Home Depot has the best employees and customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere. Every single employee who crosses my path in that store greets me with a smile and asks me if I need help. It’s really quite unbelievable. I’ve never seen anything like it. In the military that’s usually a sign of great leadership at the top. In any case, these employees are the best in the country as far I’m concerned. Well done to all of them and the store management.

Every time I buy paint in the Yulee Home Depot, the Home Depot employees in the paint department are very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I rarely write reviews, but I am always pleased with the employees in the Paint department.

I go into HD in Yulee about 1x a week. The employees are normally helpful, and polite compared to other HD’s where you can’t even find an employee to ask a question much less get help.

Michael Jones has helped us with dozens of windows and several doors for our remodel. He's highly knowledgeable, extremely patient, detail oriented, and laser-focused on customer service. I do not write reviews as a general practice, but superior performance demands it. Thank you, Mike, and thanks to Home Depot.

Joanne Carter in Pro Services was excellent at hunting down almost 7,000 cinder blocks of different specs for me and was great at accommodated my other difficult needs. Great job. I will be back to buy other building materials, appliances, flooring, live goods etc from her for this project.

Have a game plan before you go in. The chances of someone helping and knowing what you are building is slim to none.

Bought a new Bosch 800 series Dishwasher. The process was easy and informative. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Process was explained in detail. Waiting for installation. Hope it goes as well!

I am currently using crutches and find shopping more difficult lately, but was very excited to see the electric shopping cards. I was able to move around the store freely and pick up all the material I needed plus I was more than happy to purchase house goods like bleach and cleaners to check off my shopping list.

On your survey You should have a question about shopping on line before going to the store. That's what I do. When I arrive I know if you have the items, where they are and what my cost will be.

This store is old, dark and depressing. Staff looks like they couldn't care less. The garden center is always a mess. Yulee is a young, new area..We deserve better than this HD. I used to love HD years ago... no more.

What’s going on at HD? All I see is a bunch of women chatting in groups with phone in hand, pointing to the aisle “they think” your item is located.

I bought a front door and paid Home depot to install it. To this day they have not installed it correctly. No caps on bolts. They sent me to manufacturer and theyvstated contractor has to fix it. Back to home depot for 6th time still no fix.
