From cashier to management everyone seems to care for the customer

Mr. Carl helped me with my washing machine purchase. He was friendly, speedy, and kind from beginning to end. The cost was right in my budget, and I was able to use a coupon to help me out as well.

Went in there today to buy building supplies had a very helpful lady out on the floor to help me with what I needed was greeted when I walked in with very friendly people but when I go to check out the young boy that was checking me out his name was Brandon but the rude lady that was training him I couldn't tell you her name but it said 2 years customer something on her name tag that's how much I didn't care to remember her name this lady was extremely rude. Totally uncalled for not only to myself and the ones that was with me but to the customers that was in front of me not only that when we made a comment about the lady being rude other co-workers of hers agreed with us and said we hadn't seen nothing compared to how rude she can get and how bad she can't get. I don't know who this lady was but she's darn sure ain't the right industry for her to be working in. Because working with the public ain't where she needs to be at. But, other than that the only other thing was the vegetables in the garden section they have hardly any veggies and what they did have was almost dead. Come on guys get it together y'all are better than this. This is ridiculous. This is what causes businesses to go under because of people like her. Best thing is to get rid of the problem people. Not a happy customer. Was till checkout.

Every time I have visited my local Home Depot, I leave in a great mood along with everything I was looking for.

Today I had to special order a door which I kind of guessed would be the case. I have not had any customer support from our local box stores so I decided to drive down to Yulee Fl, about 1/2 hour away. The roads have been resurfaced and the ride enjoyable. Upon arrivial I actually had store associates ask if I needed help. That was a first. Next I proceded to the Door and Window section where Ms Rita took over and provided one of the most helpful, interesting and down right fun to talk to exchanges I have ever had in shopping for a door. Ill be giving them all the business I can from now on.

Stacey at customer service desk went the extra mile to help us out on Saturday. She was nice and friendly and willing to help in anyway she could. Good job Stacey. You are the reason we will return. Thanks

On a very busy and stressful morning recently, when our family was about to relocate out of State, I was trying to return some unneeded packing supplies that my husband had recently purchased. (Needless to say, he doesn't save receipts, and I did not have the credit card with me that he'd used to buy the items. The movers were just then arriving, and my husband was calling me to "forget the return and come home quick"...) The employee who helped me, named "G.W.", was super patient and understanding, and refunded my items and gave me a store card to use at any Home Depot once we got moved. THANK YOU, G.W., and Home Depot...This excellent customer service is why I will keep coming back!

Had sprinklers installed many years ago and they still carry the same brand name which i was very pleased.

Customer service is always excellent. This location keeps a good stock of products as well.

I went into Home Depot to find something, Couldn't find it in the store so I went to customer service, I was immediately greeted by Valerie she offered to help me find what I was looking for, turns out it isn't sold in stores but she offered to help me order it, The whole process was less than 5 min. and she had it delivered straight to my house in 2 days time. I couldn't be more grateful for her help. Thank you Valerie, you are awesome!!

I would like to acknowledge three of the most amazing Yulee, Home Depot employees, Stacy, in customer service, Carl and Risa in major appliances. Helpful, helpful sales people who go above and beyond to help you in your big purchase.

Had a fraud package delivered this week. Took it to my local HD store #6921 to see how they might help me. Trina at Customer Service went out of her way to help sort the issue & get it deleted from their system. Thank you, Trina!

I just moved here and I found this store to have a lot of what I need and I will definitely be returning to this store soon to get some more of what I need. Thank you for keeping your store stocked and your staff was very supportive and friendly.

I found the staff courteous, knowledgeable and willing to be helpful. As to the Military Discount policy I found it cumbersome versus other options from similar stores in the neighborhood.

Found flooring within our budget to suit our need. Sales associate helped us select a product that we liked.

Chris in appliance was a wonderful lady. She made sure me and my husband got everything we wanted within our budget. She also answered every question we had and she made sure we got everything we needed before we left. She was also patient and showed that she cared. I would definitely go to her for any questions you have about the appliances.

Every time we are in this store location it's a great experience. We always find what we need and the selection is big enough. We've purchased tile flooring and most recently a quartz counter top.

The cashiers in this store are awesome. The garden section is also quite nice.

Had to have took unlocked to buy, they took it away and told me to get it at customer service. Went to counter to be ignored, only one there. Listened about how the new phone system sucks fir 10 minutes or so. Just to buy a tool because of low life scum thieves. I have an idea, hire security for the exits or use the people at customer service since they ignore customers anyway. But instead you treat customers like thieves and install a sucky phone system apparently.

I bought 34 12x12 inch paver stones & 3 bags of gravel. I was passed by 4 employees who did not offer assistance even when I had to climb on a cart to reach the stones. No assistance was offered at checkout, not even a bag for the small things I purchased. Very disappointing experience. The only time an employee showed up is when my spouse's mobility cart died and started beeping, yes the loud beeping was annoying so they came and got it, but it wasn't difficult since it was right at the checkout. What has happened to customer service? I'm not asking for extraordinary acts, just the basics.
