I'm in Home Depot 2 to 3 times every day throughout this state of Ohio. I visit Zanesville more often because it's my hometown. I'm a pro installer from Home Depot which means I provide a great service and when I go into Home Depot, these guys rock with their service no answer service do they help me with my qualms the pro desk is always willing to help me out and figure out what the best way is, buy a lot of materials there and they provide a lot of information about thank you

Had a good sales Per person Ron, ran Into damage delivery problems 😕. It took a few phone calls but finally got a resolve thanks to Rob. Second delivery and picked of broken products went very well.

I purchased an upright Freezer yesterday, and so far l am very pleased.

When I asked Gwen Cale if the display unit included battery and charger she informed me it didn’t but offered to search the company web site to see if there was one available. Much to my surprise she found me a very good with 3 batteries and charger on special and had it shipped to my home the next day. Outstanding customer service. We have used this store since I retired from the military in 2005 and all the associates and managers have went well above and beyond what I expected. Thanks Gwen.

I recently worked with Terah on a kitchen remodel design, and there was a lot of changes and twists and turns and she did a great job designing my kitchen and making sure I was happy with it.

.I bought the range on 10-6 and it was delivered on 10-8. I was pleased at the fast service I received. The salesperson, Tina Hargrove, was a pleasure to work with. Tina was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The type of customer service that brings you back to the store to shop again.

We visited this location to buy a patio door that was not in stock at our local Home Depot. The guys in the door department were both very friendly and helpful, as were the loading associates.

My wife and I ordered wood for a stair project for our deck. We paid the extra several dollars for the best Southern Pine treated lumber. We received six by six posts that were missing wood on the corners and chewed up. The ballasters were the same for the railings as well as the 12 by sixteen boards were also the same. Very disappointed and somewhat angry due to paying the extra several dollars!!!

I found the items I need in a fairly centralized area of the store which was a great help for an older shopper.

We had a completely respectable experience at the store. Very helpful. The delivery was where things went sideways. Appliance got damaged, wall got damaged, floor got damaged all due to being in a hurry, rather than taking their time. HD was helpful on the call to remedy but, I am worried that coming to replace the unit w/new, additional damage to our home will occur - but what choice do I have at this point.

In the last couple years, every time I've went into Home Depot, there is either no one to help you or they don't know anything and have to pull out their phone. It seems like no one cares anymore. No one knows where anything is at and it seems like they're robots with no brains.

Everyone is always helpful and nice.store is clean.

Tina excelled in building us the perfect kitchen area. We loved working with her. We will be using her again for any projects we decide to do. Thank you so much for your patience and insight on our project. We appreciate the help!

Shane at the pro desk has helped my wife and I with our small business for years. He is always friendly, kind, and willing to help. Long as he works at HD, we will there.

We were looking for a new kitchen range. Tina, who works in the appliance department, was very helpful and friendly. She shared pros and cons of different models. It made our shopping experience fruitful and enjoyable. Thanks Tina!!!

My dishwasher quit working. Doug in appliances directed me to which models I could have delivered quickly and answered all my questions. Great interaction.

MOST of their employees are so helpful and so kind, and don’t try to dodge/avoid you when you (look like you might) need assistance! Customer Service is great! They do not treat you like a criminal if returning an item! The store down the hill could learn a lot from Home Depot!

I've never walked into this store where I haven't been greeted with a smile and if I needed help there was someone nearby to do their job .

Excellent service in the lumber department. We was purchasing a large load of heavy lumber and we had 4 very nice young men help us get it all. And after we went through the checkout, they even came out and helped load it in the truck. Very nice young men and it was so nice having that extra help. Thank you so much to these guys, great job!

At the Zanesville Home Depot, I consistently experience great service, friendly salespeople, and an overall culture of helpfulness and care. A big thumbs up to all of you!
