We did not have any problem finding most items except for a set of bronze sink strainers the store employee tried to find the part for us but they did not have what we needed.

The Sales people are very good at their job. The ease of in & out quick service does not take all day.

Store is easy to navigate and the associates are friendly.

Went in for lumber, screws and a saw. Associate was close to the door and asked to help me unlike another store with blue letters where associates seem to run from you! Home Depot consistently has friendly associates eager to help.

We usually don't go to Home Depot and decided to try them . We are so glad we did the store was great and clean. The biggest impression was the associate who took care of us. When we asked at the front of the store where we needed to go to find what we were looking for she knew immediately where they were located. It did not take us much time for an associate to ask if she could help and she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I were buying paint for our daughter and family's new house. They had given us the numbers of the paint they had selected, including paint for 3 bedrooms and one family room as well as paint for the woodwork which they wanted painted white (required liquid sandpaper, one coat of primer and two coats of white!). We had a young man who was very attentive to our needs and questions and the female paint sales person came back from break and helped answer all our questions. It was a great experience, including buying paint for our grandson's room who desired the ohio state colors. No problem with that request! The only thing I regretted was that there was not a sale on paint! Thanks again.

I received excellent service when I walked in to this Home Depot Store. An associate approached me right away and asked if I needed help with anything. She steered me in the right direction and I was checking out in no time! Home Depot offers so much more help than anytime I have ever visited a Lowes store. This is exactly why we don't go to Lowes anymore! Thanks Home Depot!

We went to purchase a large area rug. The sales associate, Shane, was very helpful and offered to help us custom order a rug larger than was carried in the store. As we were walking around, we found one that had been returned and the right colors. Shane was still very helpful in completing our transaction and it was all a very good experience.

Every time we are in home depot they are very friendlyand helpful!! We are in homedepot about 4 to 5 times a month and we live 40 minutes from the store!!my only complaint is I want one closer:) lol

Really easy to find out (online) the location of the product being purchased. Cashier was a really sincere person and made a lasting impression.

The Staff at Zanesville Home Depot went above and beyond to help locate predrilled melamine boards that were hidden behind other boards of different type. They had to move a lot of heavy boards to obtain these boards for me. Greatly appreciated

Why would I come to Home Depot over any other home improvement store? Easy. 1. The prices are very fair, if not less than competitors. 2. The store layout is efficient. 3. The associates are AMAZING. I am here to say that no matter what, when I walk in, I know I will be given great service. They are great at finding the right types of items to recommend to a DIY-er. They can also give good advice! Who could want more than that!? Get there, now!

The employees always seem to want to help the customers find what they have come to the store for. IF one of them can't find a product, they will work as a team and find what you need and answer any questions you have.

When shopping for quartz counter tops the associates were very helpful. Rhonda took the time to call me at home to see what I had decided. When I shared that the promotion had expired she shared another special they were offering at the time and it saved me a lot of money.

I had some very friendly sales associates on my recent visit. Though we couldn't find exactly what I was looking for, they did everything they could to find it. They did all of this with a smile and friendly attitude! I was very impressed.

Very helpful people working at this location. My questions were answered without hesitation and I found what I was looking for without having to "wander". A great experience in shopping (which does not happen all the time at other retailers!).
