              Terrible Customer Service
              I was initially unable to find the item (a boot tray) that I was looking for. I asked a passing employee for help, and he had no clue what a boot tray was, and told me to try the garden center. We were standing in the boot tray aisle at the time. I looked all around the aisle and the end caps, and found nothing. On the website, it listed that 48 were in stock, but did not give a specific location. I did check the garden center, without success. When I went to customer service, the employee there just confirmed that I was in the right aisle and the trays were in stock. I asked him which bay they were in, and he had to look it up again. I told him I had already checked there and not found it. He shrugged and sent me on my way, not offering to have someone meet me over there to help locate the tray. After more looking on my own, I discovered there was a stack of the trays just sitting in the aisle, wrapped up and with a small tag noting it was what I was looking for. I wasted at least 25 minutes wandering around, searching and asking for this item which no one could be bothered to help me locate. Then at the self checkout, I was walking to a free station, and an employee helping another customer walked in front of me, taking the station for the other customer. I turned around to go back to the station they had been at, but another customer cut in front of me to start using it. I was left standing there, trying to get to a free station, and twice more, other customers were allowed to cut in front of me while three unoccupied employees just standing around the checkout area let them do this. I have worked retail before and I understand it's a complicated job, but when someone asks for help, you help them. When someone tries to cut a line, you stop them. AKA, you pay attention and do your job. I have never had such a terrible experience at this store with apathetic, lackluster, uninformed and uncaring employees before. Thankfully, this isn't the store I normally go to. I might go back in the future, but I'll make darn sure I know where everything is beforehand.

                    Horrible customer service
                    Employee told me I couldn't open a box to look at a garbage disposal. Took a gamble and bought it. Now I have to return it. Prices are difficult to find on many items. Customer service has been on a constant decline year over year. Looking for alternative stores that offer better support. Last year I went to buy blinds that were on sale. Only one associate selling blinds. I was told to come back in 2 hrs. Came back, waited an hour and was told they couldn't help me that day - the last day of the sale. Again horrible customer service. They lost a big sale.
