Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When are Spring Deals running in 2026?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for organizing your home with the perfect storage, setting up appliances indoors, and doing lawn and garden work outdoors. Don't forget to upgrade your outdoor power equipment and patio furniture as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running from 4/23 through 5/10. Don't miss out on these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Be confident your home is set for wild temperature swings by repairing or replacing faulty parts of your home. If water gets in the cracks, you could be dealing with damage. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. On the outside of your house, examine metal roofing or shingles for damage that may let water in. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you offer moving boxes?

Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you've been looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.

What's the project at the Home Depot Kids Workshop this month?

Stop by for the Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. The best part is decorating this unique box with stickers, so leave some time to place them just right.
