Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

Does The Home Depot have any Spring Deals?

Enjoy some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that to-do list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for setting up appliances indoors, doing lawn and garden work outdoors, and organizing your home with new storage. Don't forget to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get everything done when you save during our Spring Deals sale that runs from 4/23 through 5/10. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temps?

Make certain your home is ready for spring temperature shifts by replacing or repairing faulty components of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets inside the cracks, you might be in for a headache. Check cinder blocks and bricks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On your house's exterior, inspect metal roofs or roof shingles for damage that can let water come in. Keep gutters clear of debris to prevent water overflow from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be changed out if they're badly weathered.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make your move easier by picking up an assortment of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those, too.

Why should I get a generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They adjust to whatever power load is requested. This means they'll make less noise while they create less power. When exploring different generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What benefits do doorbell cameras have?

Enjoy safety, peace of mind, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a window or peephole when you can view human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you chat remotely via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Several cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What's the project for the free Kids Workshop?

Head to our Kids Workshop from 9–12 noon on 5/2/26. Introduce your children to the joys of building with this cute keepsake box that fits all kinds of tiny treasures. Constructing this kid-sized trinket holder is a great way to encourage fine motor skills, creativity, and listening abilities. Team up with your little one to make this fun craft while supplies last. Remember to leave enough time to decorate your box with stickers!
