Where can I find tool savings on leading power tool brands?

Visit our Intown (Richmond) store between October 27th and February 1st for tool savings on leading brands like Dewalt and RYOBI. In our power tool sale, you'll find savings on Dewalt power tools, RYOBI power tools, and other great items, like power tool kits. Why should I get a generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy electricity after the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outdoors, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

What are the benefits of doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a nearby window when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off potential porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Many cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

Great customer service
I interacted with four different employees during my visit and each one was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. It was a very pleasant experience! I bought several pieces of wood which required cutting, and that process went very well. Even though I had some difficulty returning an item to to network trouble on the store's end, I enjoyed my time at this store and look forward to returning.

    Great Help
I was looking for several items in the store and a young man name Carlos was able to help me. He knew where everything was in the store.

Customer service lacking. Work ethics terrible.
On October 31, 2025 I had the worst shopping experience. I went in for a storm door. I did not receive assistance. I have a broken foot and am using a knee scooter. I retrieved a cart, for the door. I passed several employees. I had to maneuver my knee scooter and the cart through isles that had product sitting in the way on the floor. I had an employee right there on the cellphone ignoring me. I had another make direct eye contact and did nothing to help. I saw a few others also. No help. I had to do everything and go through the store to the checkout without one employee even asking to assist. Employees in and out of the store had no personality and lacked any work ethics. The checkout was only average at best. Cashier was not much for talk either. This trip was the worst ever experienced. I expect service. In the industry I am in I provide client services. And I want them to be provided the best service. I demand this from the others I work with. Your service is your signature. It will stick with you. Unfortunately, your employees were subpar. Hope you get management to put light a fire under to employees. I do have a few employees that work there that I see frequently that are friendly, helpful, list to a client’s concerns and completely sincere. Look for other employees of great character and caliber.

            Not enough staff
Long lines at self checkout. No one at traditional check out. Took a long time to find anyone working the aisles. Once I did find someone, he was very nice and knowledgeable, but seemed over extended. This store is in need of proper staffing!

                great long term employees
Mike in appliances, Eugene in flooring, the girl at the front desk is like Agee or close, all great 25 plus year employees. I hope someone at Home Depot recognizes these folks, I will surely miss them when they are gone. And Paul the local area manager is a great guy too.

                    Difficult shopping at times
I frequent this store because of convenience of proximity to work. Every time I go, all carts inside the building are being used as storage. Not a good look when the items can be placed in their spot on the shelves. Going to get wood or oversized parts for a project? You WILL have to empty a cart to find a useable one. Also, frustrating when you are there to buy a bucket, but the limited supply on the floor is being used by employees and full of whatever they are working on. There was a fleet of flatbeds blocking the pool chemicals when I went for that. I was trying to move them, but there were so many; so many I just left and went to your competitor. Hospitality is dead in that building; everyone seems to be going through the motions more than taking pride in that store's appearance and availability of the conveniences we as customers expect at any store. In my last 10 visits, one person has greeted me or asked if I needed help. With the thousands of dollars I have spent there for work, I absolutely wish I had an alternative to this store.
