Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

How long is The Home Depot Spring Deals event?

Find some of the best savings of the season with our Spring Deals. New tools help take care of that DIY list as the weather brings sunny cheer. It's also a great time for lawn and garden work outdoors, setting up new appliances indoors, and organizing your home with the perfect storage. Be sure to upgrade your patio furniture and outdoor power equipment as well. Get it all done when you save during our Spring Deals sale, running from April 23rd through May 10th. Shop fast to catch these bargains.

How can I prepare my home for fluctuating spring temperatures?

Make certain your home is ready for wild temperature swings by replacing faulty components of your home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you could be in for a headache. Check brick and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from missing pieces and water damage. On your house's exterior, inspect roof shingles or metal roofs for rust or damage that might let water come in. Keep gutters fully functional to keep rain overflow from backing up into your home when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered.

Do you have moving boxes?

Make moving or storage easier by picking up a mix of moving boxes. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with moving blankets and bubble cushion to ensure your belongings make it safely. Remember to check out our rental moving trucks if you need those as well.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Enjoy power in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When browsing generators, keep in mind that portable generators cost less and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?

Enjoy peace of mind, safety, and privacy with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can see human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off would-be porch pirates. Most cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.

What will the next free Kids Workshop be?

Head to the Kids Workshop on May 2nd, from 9 a.m. to noon or while supplies last. It's time to assemble a keepsake box! Your little builder can put together their very own trinket holder — complete with a sliding lid. Remember to leave plenty of time to decorate your box with stickers!
