Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is the 2026 Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is back and better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden as well as outdoor power equipment, then update your patio furniture and grill so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so don't miss it.

What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?

Be certain your home is equipped for spring temperature shifts by replacing faulty parts of your hardscaping and home. If moisture gets in the cracks, you might be in for a headache. Check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. On the outside of your home, examine shingles or metal roofing for damage or rust that can let water in. Keep gutters clear and functional to prevent excess water from seeping beneath your shingles when storms arrive. Lastly, vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're in poor condition.

Do you carry wardrobe moving boxes?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make storage and moving easier. We've got the sizes you need, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion your items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Having a generator means you're prepared year-round for any circumstances Mother Nature throws at you. Whether dealing with tornados, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, or blizzards, a portable generator lets you enjoy power when the elements take it out. When exploring different generators for sale, don't forget that inverter generators cost more than portable generators, but they're also quieter and cleaner. Always run your generators outside, away from doors and windows, for safety purposes.

Does The Home Depot sell doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. Stop peeking through a window or peephole when you can watch animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cameras even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off potential porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you flexible and easy accessibility. Choose to save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
