The H12EXTBB1824-06 weighs 2.46 lb.
YngwieMalmhalen, Yes, this should be able to remove a 17mm bolt, if you have enough access to the area. This tool is covered by our Lifetime Warranty.
Yes the tool worked adequately.
I use it to remove and tighten lug nuts on a F-250 to about 150 lbs. of torque It works great and would recommend it
Easily removes lug nuts. Very sturdy.
Bob, Yes, this can be used to both loosen and tighten fasteners. It is always recommended to check any torque specifications before you tighten a fastener to avoid damage to the workpiece
Yes, although you don’t have the ratchet ease of use, it will still work. Just have to keep turning it half turn at a time.
Chris, It is recommended that you use a breaker bar to remove lug nuts, and a torque wrench to tighten them back down to the manufacturer's torque specifications. We offer a selection of breaker bars and sets to cover your tire change needs, https://www.homedepot.com/s/husky%2520breaker%2520bar?NCNI-5 , and even a dedicated set to keep all the tools needed in one convenient case : https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-Tire-Change-Kit-9-Piece-H9PCTIRECNG/315714674
Hey Husky Mechanics Tools, This product is a 1/2 breaker bar, not a 3/8 breaker bar...
Yes with a 1/2 to 3/8 adapter. Although you can break the socket if to much force is applied
Hey Ratchetconfused, This product is a 3/8 breaker bar, not a 1/2 in. ratchet. Thanks!
Takes a wrench specially designed for that, although a pair of channel locks (slip joint pliers) will work too.
Hey wannano, We would need to know the drive size of the socket. Chances are being 1-1/16 it is 1/2" drive but there is a slight chance it is 3/8 or 3/4 drive also. Thanks!
About to change my anode as well. Although this question is from 3 years ago, i hope that this worked for you. I have a Rheem 50 gallon tank (installed 2011) and the anode has not replaced yet. I am thinking that with 1 1/16 socket & a 24 bar, it should.
I had a nut on my riding lawnmower that wouldn’t budge. So I went to Home Depot and purchased this breaker bar. Success! With in minutes, I had the nuts off and my mower blades replaced!
I didn't measure it but it looks like it is 15".
They are two size breaker bars.
I purchased 15” one, but I did not see any shorter bar with 1/2” socket. Probably sell 10” on Internet. Longer has more tension power.
Its is 15" total length
