The Armor SX5000 is a professional-grade solvent-based silane-siloxane water repellent concrete sealer. It chemically reacts below the surface to form a hydrophobic barrier that helps to reduce damage and deterioration caused by water absorption. It will not leave behind a surface film or coating, and will help to maintain the natural, unsealed appearance. The Armor SX5000 is a great choice for porous, unsealed, and properly prepped concrete, brick, pavers, and most natural stone.

Does it contain any acetone product
The SX5000 solvent formula contains a significant amount of acetone and should be applied with an acetone pump sprayer fitted with EPDM rubber seals and hose.
Coverage by footage
Coverage depends on surface porosity. A gallon might cover 80 to 100 square feet with two coats on porous concrete(example: brushed concrete) vs 200+ square feet with just one coat on a denser slab(example: smooth/slick garage floor). If needed, a 16oz sample can be purchased to confirm results prior to placing a larger order.
How much % solids are in this sealer ?

Will this product prevent sweating of concrete when temperature changes drastically
The SX5000 will not prevent sweating related to condensation.
how do you apply it ? with a paint roller ?
It's best to apply with an acetone resistant pump sprayer fitted with EPDM seals and hose (example: Armor Sprayer). It's too thin to roll and dries extremely fast, so spraying is best. Sprayer should have a .5gpm nozzle (fan or adjustable cone).

Coverage varies depending on surface porosity. On porous surfaces, a gallon usually covers around 90 to 100 square feet with two coats. Very smooth/slick power troweled surfaces might only require one coat and a gallon could cover 250+ square feet.
Can this be used on color concrete that has not been sealed
Applying the SX5000 to concrete that has an integral color(mixed in) or an acid stain color should not an issue. For other concrete color products please check with the color manufacturer.
How long after you seal it can it be driven on? I’m in Southwest Florida.
It's best to wait till the following day before driving on the surface.
