- RESISTANT: Stands up against stains, shedding and fading with proper care
- CARE: When vacuuming, use without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.
- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

How do you get the wrinkles out of this rug?
Hello Mimi. Hello. If you would like to fasten the flattening process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug. For severe creases, you can steam the rug or you can place it top side down on the floor, place some damp towels on the back side and iron over them.
Besides navy blue and grey is there any beige/light brown?

Does anyone know if the area rug is supposed to have chunks missing to where you can see the backing?
Hi ques. The flat, "missing pile", areas of the Unique Loom Chateau Lincoln rugs are not a defect and are the intent of the design of this collection. Designed to add a vintage textured look and feel to the rug. The low pile area will vary in size and location based on the size of the rug. All the textured areas will best show throughout the rug on the silhouette image of the rug's listing and are the darkest details of the design.
