This video is really bad. This guy does not know the difference between PSI (Pounds per Square Inch) and foot pounds for the torque wrench spec. Then he mixes up ID (Inside Diam.) with OD (Outside Diam.) Why doesn't anybody know their job anymore?

Please know that these Fernco couplings are recommended to be tightened down to 60 psi with the torque wrench, not 60 psf.
