No, this is not weatherproof.
How can I cut this ?
The best way to cut this is to tape the rope to prevent fraying and then use a serrated knife.
I cut it with a chop saw and taped the area being cut.
Can I paint and use resin on it. I want too make a floor lamp
Manila rope is made with an oil in the manufacturing process. Any paint would have to be able to stick to it.
