I have dog urine on my tile and grout, will Zep help clean it?
Hi Sandra, this product is only meant to be used on grout, not to clean tile. We'd recommend cleaning the tile first with Zep Foaming Shower, Tub, and Tile Cleaner. Then, for more heavy-duty grout cleaning, using Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener on your grout only. Please see the label for proper usage instructions.
Does it clean soap scum on fiberglass shower/tub?
Hi Gayle, we cannot recommend this product for any use not listed on the label. This is a powerful, acidic product that should only be used on grout. We recommend Zep Shower, Tub, and Tile Cleaner to eliminate soap scum.
Can you use that on a Marble shower?
This cleaner is not recommended for use on marble. Please see the back label for proper usage and safety instructions.
Does it remove mold?
Hello, this product has a brightening effect so it may help to remove the appearance of mold in grout lines, but it is not formulated to kill mold. Please see label for proper usage instructions. Always test in an inconspicuous area before use.
Will Zep Grout Cleaner and Brightener damage glass floor tile in shower?
If this product comes into contact with your glass flooring, we recommend that you rinse the area immediately to prevent any damage.
What kind of odor does it give out

If you’re sensitive to smells, we recommend using the product in a well-ventilated area. Out of an abundance of caution, we also advise against using this product if you have any existing respiratory conditions.
Can I use this on the blackened grout in a fiberglass shower stall
No, we wouldn’t recommend this for blackened grout. This product is intended for use on white or colored grout lines on tile floors. Please refer to the back label for proper usage and safety instructions.
Will this damage porcelain tile if left on more than 3 minutes?
That is possible. This product is not meant to come into contact with tile and should only be used on grout. We recommend wiping off any excess product and if it comes into contact with tile for an extended period of time, please rinse the tile with water.
