Can this be used top apply lacquer to wood?
These brushes are only designed for adhesives, epoxies, glues and removers. They will not leave a good finish and are not recommended for lacquers or urethanes. A better option will be a good quality natural bristle brush (if a solvent based lacquer) or a good quality synthetic bristle brush (if a water based product). Thanks,

With what do I clean my brush after varnishing my cabinet
We do not recommend using Chip brushes for cabinet work, as they do not hold much material and will shed bristles. These brushes are recommended for epoxies, adhesives and solvents. For varnishing cabinets, please consider a good quality applicator specifically designed for your coating. Regarding clean up, that will vary by the type of varnish you use - generally, paint thinner for oil based varnishes, soap and water for water based coatings. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions on the back of the can to make sure you chose the right option. Thanks,
