The rug is very thin, and has no plush qualities to it whatsoever. In fact, it's stiff to the point that when you roll the rug out, it will not relax and lay flat on the floor. One end of the rug is "wavy" meaning the end does not have a straight edge. It almost appears that it's a 2nd quality product, with a defect. I have purchased similar products in the past from this manufacturer, and the quality of these products has definitely diminished over time. You get what you pay for. Relatively speaking, I didn't pay much for this rug, so I guess my expectations shouldn't have been so high. I will be returning this product.

Our apologies if the rug was not up to our standard of quality and hope we can find a way to make this right for you. Thank you TayseRugs

This carpet looks stunning in our living room. We have matching large round carpet at our entryway, one on the hallway and one in our dining area. Though we have had these for years the new carpet blends perfectly. The older carpets still look as great as the new ones. We have dogs, kids and grandkids that run around. The carpets wear exceptionally well. I am totally satisfied. I have none of the issues other reviewers have mentioned such as odor or that the carpets don't lie flat. These carpets smell great and they lay perfectly flat.

The rug is cheap made and it will not lay flat very disappointing also it’s embarrassing for anyone to walk into my home and see this on my floor

The size was perfect

This review is from Elegance Floral Beige 5 ft. x 7 ft. Indoor Area Rug

Thank you for your inquiry! Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 to 2 weeks on its own, however, if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend placing a dampened towel over the area and pressing with a warm iron to steam. This is the method we use in our facility to remove creases from the rug. TayseRugs
