After just 20 minutes the plastic around the wire started...
After just 20 minutes the plastic around the wire started to smoke. It could have caught fire if I didn’t unplug it.

stay away!
I bought two of these online and had them shipped to my home. I hung them up in a double window and, within a few days, one had melted the plastic lighting tube and died. Taking them out of the box, I could tell they were probably garbage but I wasn’t expecting a LED tube light to overheat and melt the tubing (leaving a 2” black “burn” mark). It’s just a cheap metal frame that someone has zip-tied a tube light to and it has an odd outlet plug, like wires going into a “plug” but not like anything I’ve seen before.
I retunred it and will be retuening the second one as I’m worried about using it and having it catch fire. Coincidentally, I recommended these to my mom (before it burnt out) so she bought two and had the exact same thing happen to one of hers.

When I received the snowflake it appeared to be rather flimsy in structure. However, when I plugged it in at night I was surprised as to how bright it was. So I am satisfied with the product.

I received the snowflake light on Monday, my husband put it, up on Tuesday and then on Thursday one of them went out. When my husband took the light down we found that it had burned at one of the corners. IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A HOUSE FIRE!!! We returned the light and received a refund.
