- CARE: When vacuuming, use without a beater bar or set the bar to the highest pile setting and use a low power setting. Spot clean stains immediately with a mild detergent, rinse thoroughly and blot dry. Rotate for even wear.
- COMPACT SHIPPING: Your rug will arrive factory rolled/folded and may have creases from tight packaging and compression during storage. These normally flatten within 3-7 days. You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Is this a washing machine washable?
Hi Kari, This rug is not machine washable. To keep it looking its best, vacuum it regularly without the beater bar. Blot spills right away with a clean, damp cloth and mild soap, then let the area air dry. Don't scrub or rub, because that can damage the fibers. For a deeper clean, we recommend a professional rug cleaning service.
Is the grey rug grey and white or grey and off-white/cream? It appears to be grey and white in the pictures.

My rug came folded. how do you remove all the wrinkles?
Hi Den, Typically the rug will lay flat within 1 – 2 weeks on it’s own, however if you would like to hasten this process, we recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction, while applying pressure to the rug. For example, take the edge of the rug and flip it on top of itself slightly where there is a crease or bump, and slowly pull the rug back to its place, while applying a downward pressure on the crease. This is the method we use in our facility to remove the creases from the rug.
