Hello, and thank you for choosing EightDoors! The stiles on this door have an engineered solid pine core with a real pine veneer on top; the veneer is just under 3/8 inch thick. The rails and panels are solid wood with no veneer. Since the entire door is real pine, burning up to about 1/8 inch of the surface shouldn’t cause any issues.
