AnswersThese are specified at 36 inches wide, which is 3 feet wide. So to make a 10 foot wide fence, you would need 4 pieces, and cut the last one to just one foot wide plus a little overlap to attach it to the other sections.

Answersyour can slightly soak the ground. then lightly tap the longest stake alternating between the two until you reach the desired height. If this doesn't work agitate the ground were you want to place the stakes.

I wanted something inexpensive to brighten up my front landscaping, and this was perfect. I used about 22 of these to fully line my my bushes, walkway, and new black mulch. It was difficult to find garden fencing for the front of my home that didn't look tacky, but this is a more elegant, simple picket style picket fencing. It looks perfect in front of my colonial style home with my American flag raised for Labor Day, and really helps give my home that beachy, New England vibe that I love. Based on some other people's reviews, I may purchase some white mildew resistant paint and use small nails to reinforce the pieces, but for $110.00 for an instant yard makeover, you really can't beat the price, even if it does rot after one season. One could easily spend that much on a couple of flower pots that also only last one season, yet this makes such a substantial impact. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because it was difficult to find pieces at the store that weren't broken, missing paint spots, or scuffed in places. Other than that, I love it!
