The blinds broke within a few hours after installation. The vertical strings that attach the blin...
The blinds broke within a few hours after installation. The vertical strings that attach the blinds to the top detached on one side (right side) leaving a large gap at top. It was crooked and unusable. Thank you Home Depot for your great customer service in addressing this issue.

Easy enough to install, but the main characteristic we were interested in was the 'wandless' open...
Easy enough to install, but the main characteristic we were interested in was the 'wandless' opening and closing. As far as we can determine, it is impossible to have the blinds both open and extended to the bottom of the window. When you open them the bottom raises, and when you lower the bottom the blinds close. We had one trimmed to fit a window so we couldn't return it, but we did return the untrimmed one and replaced it with a 'wanded' blind.

They look nice enough. Easy to open and close. Tilting...
They look nice enough. Easy to open and close. Tilting the slats to allow both light and privacy is tricky & counterintuitive.
