        The material used is pretty good tarp is maybe a 7 mil or so. It’s not the best it’s not the worst chicken coop kit. Assembly was fast and easy until it was chicken wire time lol… The chicken wire was time consuming to pull and stretch and tie down. In my opinion this chicken run is not worth the current price $524.00 you can build it cheaper. If you buy it wait for it to be on sale and make sure to ask for 10% discount because you will need 200 good ties and wire.

          Latch is a little tricky to use. Do not use the zip ties that come with it. Needed to purchase better ones. Went up pretty easy. Me and my daughter put it up in a couple of hours. Do not recommend for baby chicks. Mine got out. But sturdy and well made. Everything was marked and easy to understand. My small coop fit right in the pen with lots of room to play

          Missing nuts.
          Be careful this pen comes in multiple boxes. We finally got our second box and when we opened it the bag of nuts and bolts was open and we are missing two nuts . One for the door hindge and the other for the door frame. Such an inconvenience to now try to find nuts to complete our chicken pen. You will also need better quality of zip ties and a lot of them.
