How long does a bottle of propane last?

Answersdepends on how many times it is used...it uses more fuel at igniting. we use in 12x14 patio room, ignite it 4-5 times a week for about an hour to 1 1/2 hours & get about 5-6 hours total use per bottle of propane.

AnswersAfter you get the pilot light lit. First hold the control knob in for about ten seconds so pilot light stays lit,then turn knob to hi or lo. You may have to push knob in gently again to get it to move.

love this. It's perfect for backyard canopies. doesn't get overbearing hot and comfortable eith a light jacket. I only dislike is using non recyclable 1 lb propane tanks but you can buy a conversation kit to use a bigger one running the line down your umbrella stand

The heater is great only when you get the adapter and hook it up to a 20 gallon gas tank. It goes out every 20 minutes with the small tank and lasts about an hour and a half . Big tank is the way to go. Get the adapter.

The tilt feature for adding propane is great, except that the product was misaligned meaning that I had to force the propane tank into the housing. 5 stars for customer service answering my call on a Saturday. 0 stars for never responding to the email with photos I was asked to send. Ultimately, I returned the unit as damaged. These heaters are extremely difficult to find right now, so I gladly paid MUCH more for a different brand that works. I have owned several patio heaters so I’m well aware of what is and is not reasonable.

Cheap and sharp Edges

A pain to assemble, literally as several cuts on finger and hand especially trying to bolt on the regulator. Daughter got a nasty cut trying to attach a propane tank.
Got it to work once, but would not relight hours later. Could not get another 1lb tank to attach after 15 minutes of trying to align Tank on the regulator.
Should have known a low price would result In a piece of junk! Styrofoam packing not environmentally friendly and a mess when unpacking.
Returning, Buyer be ware!
