This doesn't smell as bad as other fertilizers, however some plants loved it. Others like tropical Malesia Grape-did not. So on plants like annuals(Zinnia, Bee Balm) it was fine. I would buy it again.

I try to use natural soil busters in my garden. My newly sprouted broccoli plants look good. I used the Alaska Pennington to moisten the soil before seeding.
I now have to go to Lowes to get my FloriMulch, Homedepot doesn't carry this brand. I prefer it because it spreads in the garden nicely, no big chunks of wood or dye in mulch. Made from the invasive Melaleuca trees that are bad for the Florida Everglades,therefore I am willing to pay the extra cost to help the environment. The bags are priced around $2.35 for a 1.5 cu. ft. Please consider extending your inventory to carry this product especially in the Florida stores.

I used to buy fish fertilizer and mix it with a kelp product. I'm pleased to see Alaska has done it for me. I know the plants love it, because since I've been using this formula, they are healthier and bigger than ever before.
