AnswersDepending on what it is bolted on...the unit is quite sturdy and it should hold more than 10 lbs as a whole and not per slot.

AnswersIt is not designed to be cut in half. There are only 6 supplied screws and screw anchors. If you cut it in the wrong spot you may need extra screws and anchors and to drill a hold in it.

AnswersYou should be able to achieve that but you might need to use a riveter/rivet gun to perform the installation properly for mounting threads threads. I would avoid screwing into a prefabricated storage unit with regular screw...a rivet gun should fix that issue

Sturdy and Well Made
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well made solid holder. It has 5 slots and 6 hooks. It is able to hold a full sized push broom and other heavy items. It comes with wall anchors and screws. I was able to find a stud for 2 of the 6 screws and used the wall anchors for the rest. There is a textured area inside the slots so the items don’t slide down and out. It really works to hold the items very solidly and takes a bit of force to get items out, so they are really in there. It is helping us get more organized too. We were never able to find a place for our push broom until this came along.
