Cracking
Bought this sink 7 years ago. It was professionally installed into a new custom cabinet with granite counter top. Looked beautiful but recently fine crack was noted on sink surface. There has been no known impact that might of caused the crack. Looked underneath and noted other cracks not visible from above. This is a manufacture defect. Not sure if it is cosmetically repairable. Will cost a bundle to replace.

Ordered 2 sinks beginning of May. 1 came broken/1 had some marks in sink, like it wasn't cured properly. Ordered 2 again, 1 week later, again 2 broken sinks, very bad packaging!! Reordered 2 again, 1 ok with some marks in sink (not perfect) and 1 a chip in sink. Ordered 2 again, HD packed them better this time. 2 finally came unbroken. Took over a month and I finally have 2 sinks that are just ok, still with some marks in white sink.... I am not happy with how long it took AND the quality of the sinks. I cant believe they would send me a sink looking like the picture I have included. This has delayed my bathroom project by 1 month. Order double/triple on what you need and have HD double package them before shipment.

Clean design, nice rounded corners, looks fantastic mounted under a black granite a matched with a brushed nickel fixture. The rectangular design is a great fit for our double sink vanity. Ordered online and arrived at house in less than a weeks time.

Template is WRONG!
The template that comes inside the box with the sink is wrong. It didn't look correct to me (the corners are really round on it). I called American Standard and asked them to mail me the correct template. Sure enough the one that arrived was different and included the model name at the top of the diagram and the shape of the template now matched the sink in the box. It's important for the granite guys to use the right one. See my photo and call American Standard. It will take a few days to get in the mail so don't wait.

Beware of color!
I should have paid attention to the other reviewer who said the white is not really white. I too, installed a carrara marble counter top. The sink looks a little beige against it. I'm learning to like it, but would have preferred a bright white. The sink is good quality, but the colors are definitely not described accurately.

Very modern look!
The sink is the perfect size and look for my bathroom. It is deeper than it looks which helps keep the vanity surface clean and dry from sink splatter when washing hands or brushing your teeth. I bought 4 of them for two bathrooms and had them professionally installed.

Love this sink!
Great product. Easy to install. Beautiful, sophisticated look. We aren't quite finished with the entire bathroom renovation, but the sinks are in with the new granite, fixtures, and vanity. I purchased 2 for this bathroom and will most likely purchase 2 more once we begin our Master renovation. I love the sloping sides so that it performs like a round/oval sink, yet is the updated rectangular shape. Someone had mentioned that perk in a review before I bought and I had never thought about that prior. The slope vs flat bottom makes it easier to stay clean (no toothpaste blobs sitting at the bottom). And, since this would be in my boys' bathroom that was definitely something to consider.

NOT REALLY WHITE
This sink is more bone colored than white. The color looks horrible in my new bathroom against the hideously wrong colored countertop...more blue/purple than the grey I ordered...grrr....lots $ down the drain! I am batting a thousand here people...sigh! They are nicely made etc....it's just the color so buyer beware to actually check the color against your countertop. Oh! it took ordering 5 sinks to get 2 that weren't damaged! So double order from the get go!

I got two of these sinks sight unseen and had them delivered to the house for installation by my counter top people. They look amazing and I am extremely pleased.
