Just buy another Ames rake. The rake is a one piece deal, and you need to take the broken one in to trade out for any warranty that came with it.
Didn’t bother to look, but I think it’s 90days. Which is standard.
I wasn't aware of the warranty information. I just bought it because it is very sturdy and I seem to break the ones that are made poorly. So far I have had no problems with it .

Update: If you look up Ames, lawn and garden tools on the Internet, you will see that they were established in America in 1774 and while they have gone global, they still manufacture there lawn and garden tools at one of ten facilities with 1200 employees in the USA.
Sorry. I purchased mine over a year ago and there is no legible label that indicates where it was manufactured. It is a rugged, reliable rake.
This is a medium to heavy duty rake and is comparable in weight to other leaf rakes of its size. This rake is not quite as wide as some wider rakes to make it easier to rake in tight spaces. The tines on this rake are spaced close enough together to pick up small items such as acorns, leaves, pine needles, etc. If you need a small light weight rake there are several shrub rakes available that are designed for raking around shrubs and gardens.
Yes, it's very lightweight.
That is what I would consider a Light Weight Rake used for raking a lawn or garden of grass clippings, weeds, leaves, and sticks. Hope this helps.
This is a good leaf and grass rake. We wanted it because it handles well, works well and is easy to maneuver. A perfect rake for the smaller everyday projects.
Fairly light weight, spring steel tines. i would prefer the handle be larger in diameter though.
yes
Yes, the handle is 54 inches long.
I believe so. The rake handle with rake tine part is @5 foot in height.
Yes
Yes, this rake has a 54 inch long handle.
You can check your local store to see if they carry a replacement handle that might work. It may require some modification as a direct replacement is not offered. If your rake is still under warranty, please contact the manufacturer's customer service to see about getting a replacement item sent. 1-800-393-1846.
The rake is guaranteed for life by the manufacturer. I'd get a whole new rake from your local Home Depot store.
You can try Ames, the manufacture, or just go to home depot. The have a section for replacement handles were all the garden tools are.
I bought mine just one week ago. So, If I have to replacement the handle, I have to go to HomeDepot.
When mine broke I replaced it with 3/4 emt conduit {electrical}, I've had this rake for 20 years and just bought a new one today!
