Does this get installed over tile…or is the tile backsplash installed around it.
This backsplash gets installed directly onto the wall. It has a 3/8 inch bevel to allow for a good fit with standard ceramic tile if you choose to install tile around it. You can install tile either over the backsplash or around it, depending on your preference.
Can this be cut shorter to fit in a smaller space?

This information is based on where the shelf sits, therefore not the railing and not the bar underneath with the hooks ( the flat part of the shelf that is perpendicular to the backsplash). The height distance from the top of the backsplash to where the shelf is to sit is 25.5cm or 10 inches. The height distance from the shelf to the bottom is 49.5cm or 19.5 inches. Can this product be installed to the wall using #8 screws, and if so how many would be needed?
Hi Gary, We recommend using screws ST4*30mm and drywall anchors 8mm depending on your wall material, please contact your local hardware store.
