Going strong after 2 months
Received the hot tub in May and It went through the side door easily, and placed it on the concrete slab of my back patio. This hot tub is great for a couple, and could fit 3, definitely not 5 (at least not in the US). I originally intended to run a 240v dedicated line, but I opted to try plugging it on the 110v wall outlet first, and like it like that as it has good pressure for my needs. The tub does come with a cover, and the pump has 2 speeds with 1 just throwing air bubbles. Very happy!

Spa setup and operation.
I've had the spa now for almost a month. It works great, so far no issues. It was easy to set up. The two speed pump on high is excellent for massages on the various sitting and lunging sections. Definitely not for 5 persons, 3 max.

Great 4 person, 5 person hot tub!
The delivery company left the hot tub in the street, which created a real problem in getting it to the site. To Home Depot's credit, they gave me a partial credit for the trouble and that was on the delivery company not HD. The hot tub was easy to set up and worked well. It seems a little small for 5 people but we haven't had that configuration in it yet. 4 will fit just fine. It maintains temperature well and the jets put out a very relaxing flow. Have used it a lot since we got it and hope for long term use.

Love it. I have it plugged into the 120v and...
Love it. I have it plugged into the 120v and it heats up fine. The only thing I haven’t like so far is the draining. It’s hard to get it to drain. I was surprised by the strength of the jets. Even running the jets on high the water stays pretty hot.
