The BEHR Masonry, Stucco and Brick Paint a high-quality, satin acrylic latex paint with a 20-year customer satisfaction guarantee. This interior/exterior, self-priming, alkali and mildew resistant finish also provides excellent adhesion, coverage and water repellency and color retention. I have Hardie Board siding that was painted years ago. I want to repaint it with this. The tint "Dainty Lace" (MQ3-11) closely matches the original color. It is advertised to be one-coat for Dynasty and Marquee family. Does that apply to this paint?

Is this a latex paint and can fire retardent be mixed into it? My first retardent solution says it can be mixed into any latex paint.

Repainting a concrete building that was previously painted and has lots of chipped paint. Will pressure wash most of it off prior to painting again. Do we need to prime bare spots only? Or not at all?

Why is this paint better than the regular exterior paint and is this solid ?? Is this 100% acrylic

It is also resistant to alkali and offers a long-lasting formula that can last up to 20 years, even in various weather conditions.
