Says 20 years. LASTED 2 YEARS. Peeling everywhere.
Used this on my foundation in the back. Peeld after just 2 years in the northeast.
Would not recommend.

Better than I expected. Color Stonewashed Brown
I was stuck on the idea of buying semi-gloss paint for my project. The I saw this BERH flat paint for a third of the cost of the paint I was set on buying elsewhere. I used a Graco Project Pro sprayer on my split faced block. The results really surprised me. A contractor quoted me $2100 to paint this 80-foot wall. Since that quote, I've spent about $250 for 10 two 5-gallon buckets of BEHR Masonry, Stucco & Brick Paint. I already had the sprayer even before the contractor's quote.

2 costs required and a little pricy
Little pricy from what i paid a year ago. Good paint but you will need 2 coats to cover if going over stucco.

I bought this paint and had it professionally painted on...
I bought this paint and had it professionally painted on my house and will echo one of the other comments that I noticed... leaves bubbles all over. It literally looks like the craterous surface of the moon. Even after two coats the bubbles persisted. I've never had this happen with a paint before - this is not normal. Very disappointing especially when I put days into the prep and then paid a lot to have it professionally done. It was my first and last time purchasing Behr paint.
