Highly recommended! I've used this trim paint throughout my house, I really like it, it's thick and covers stains well, and it has a great shine.

This is the best trim paint I have seen in awhile. It not only gives off a nice sheen, but it also forms a sort of protective enamel. I have been painting the entire inside of our house and we have lots of trim and I also installed headboard and used this paint on all of it. The prior trim paint was dull and fading and was basically a primer from the builder and this made everything really stand out.

                    Cracks/Crazing over any caulked surface
I bought this paint to paint doors and window casing. Paint looks great. Levels great, goes on great. But it cracks over caulked areas. I don’t care how thick or thin. Wide joints, cracked, thin little hairline joints to fill seams on trim where boards meet. Cracked!!. Now I have 3 gallons of this crap. I’m a builder and have never seen anything like this. I’ve spent multiple hours trying to figure out what could be wrong. The amount of money this has cost is ridiculous. Take this crap off the shelf. Been a behr user for a long time, maybe not anymore.

Hi there, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the paint is cracking over caulked areas. I can understand your disappointment. If you're using a silicone caulk, the paint will not adhere. The paint can be used over paintable caulk, once primed. We appreciate your feedback. Please reach out to us directly for further assistance. Our Customer Care team is happy to help! -Giovanna Behr

Hi leslie, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive the expected coverage. The paint should cover a primed surface in 1-2 coats, but drastic color transitions may need extra coats for uniformity. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback. Please reach out to us directly for further assistance; we are always happy to help. -Alex Behr
                        Big mistake
I wish I could give it ZERO stars. Crappy paint. Here's why: it has no resistance to any body oils, or any other common kitchen oil or moisture. It softens and stays tacky once exposed to moisture or oils. Personally, I think it's a ploy to make you replace your kitchen cabinets because the thought of stripping all my cabinets is ...daunting.

                          Not durable at all!!!
I bought this about five years ago and within the first few months it started rubbing off of the doors and cabinets I painted. I even put a clear coat over my cabinets. It helped for a little while. Don’t try to wipe down anything painted with this. The spot becomes tacky and collects grime and then rubs off. I’m going to have to redo them all. Going oil based this time.
