Wood Chip is such a gorgeous color!
Proper preparation is important for the best results. After pressure washing and sanding our fence, we applied one coat of the stain & sealer. One coat is sufficient for even coverage. I was worried at first that I wouldn’t be able to see the natural wood grain and variation in the wood, but once the stain dried it looked amazing! Wood Chip is and dark, very natural looking brown color. Our fence looks brand new again and is will be protected from the elements for the next few years!

The packaging was boxed and sealed in plastic with retaining clips on the lid. The color was as expected and the coverage was as expected. I can't speak to durability at this early date, but it was very easy to work with and I look forward to see how it turns out.
The steps were not previously treated, but the deck boards and there is no change in the hue (wood chip). The railing was done in cordovan brown is definitely dark.

A protective coat for every project
