Use BEHR ULTRA SCUFF DEFENSE Paint as a primer for properly prepared uncoated or painted interior surfaces, including woods that contain tannins (2 primer coats required for redwood and cedar) and heavily stained areas
Lock in stains with BEHR ULTRA SCUFF DEFENSE Paint as a spot primer, for heavy stains, test for stain bleed-through by applying BEHR ULTRA SCUFF DEFENSE Paint to a small section, if stain bleeds through, spot prime another coat to the stained area and test again before top coating, if bleeding continues, a longer dry time is needed before top coating
Apply when air and surface temperatures are between 50°F-90°F (10°C-32°C), darker colors may require additional dry time between coats, cooler temperatures or higher humidity may prolong drying time

A: Hi Buds51, thank you for your question. Yes, our Premium Plus Paint can be used on a masonite pegboard. To get this done, I recommend scuff sanding the surface if it is glossy. Then, make sure the board is clean, free of any dust, and dry before painting. Best of luck with your project! -Lina

A: Hi MikeP, thank you for your question. Yes, our Premium Plus Paint can be used directly on new drywall. As it's a paint and primer in one, the first coat will act as a primer, and additional coats will provide uniformity. If you'd like to reduce the number of coats of paint needed, you can use our Multi-Surface Primer (No.436) to prime your surface before painting. Best of luck with your project! - Lina

Dynasty Paint is not good

Dynasty paint does NOT work. I’m very disappointed I have to use 2-3 coats for coverage. Would not recommend to anyone!

Our Dynasty Paint should cover in one coat when tinted to a One-Coat Color and applied over a previously coated surface. Excellent coverage

I was a Porter Paint dealer for 25 years, so I'm pretty hard to impress when it comes to paint, but the Behr Ultra in flat did it today. It spread out great without having to return the brush for more paint while cutting in, rolled out smooth and hid many of the sixty year old drywall imperfections. It did anything Porter's Silken Touch paint line would do. (And that's saying a LOT!) Give this product a try. You won't be disappointed.

Cheap paint

This paint after dry come out really easy. It’s not good😩

Hi Jose, thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the paint came off easily after it had dried. Keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days for the paint to cure and completely harden fully. I'd recommend removing any of the loose paint by scraping or sanding with 180-grit sandpaper, cleaning the surface, and then touching the area up with more paint.
