Questions & Answers

Q:Is there a pocket for a speed square?

Answer This Question

A:  Not specifically, you have to use one of the big pouches on either side.

by|Feb 17, 2021

A:  The pockets are big, you should have room to add your square. BucketBoss did not have a specific Square holder built in to the configuration. Very nice product for the working professional and DIY person.

by|Aug 13, 2021

A:  No there is not, but my non dominant side pocket has more than enough room to store a speed square and my pocket level plus other things.

    Great Toolbelt, I'm Impressed
This is a great tool belt. Its quite durable and I like the metal loop for a hammer; its easier to place your hammer in and I feel more confident that it won't break. There is also a metal clip on the back of one of the pouches for hanging a power tool which makes it super easy to attach and detach from your belt; unlike flimsier materials that are super hard to attach a power tool to. The belt is also quite adjustable. I'm very happy with this tool belt.

    Great system
I picked this up because I've been using a bucket boss apron almost daily in the shop for 5 years and despite being pretty rough with it, it's help up far better than I expected it to. I was really happy to see the tool belt is made the same way with similar pockets. I really like the modular design. Sometimes I only need one of the tool holders, or just a hammer loop. Everything is removable. The belt is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I'd prefer a quick closure over the traditional belt buckle like some of my other tool belts have, but this is more adjustable and easier to get a perfect fit. It's also pretty wide which makes it more comfortable when all loaded up

    Versatile and comfortable
I ordered the BUCKET BOSS 10-Pocket Builder's Rig Tool Belt to replace one I had been using made of heavy-duty ballistic nylon. The old one was too stiff and tools would topple out of the pockets. The Bucket Boss belt’s pocket linings are made of canvas which have just the right amount of pliability. The structural sections are of heavy-duty ballistic nylon, ensuring durability. I really appreciate the very large holes on the belt for fastening the buckle. They absolutely eliminate the fumble factor when donning a fully loaded belt. The variety of pockets are useable for a wide variety of tool as well as screws, nails and supplies like glue and wood putty. The wide belt makes for a comfortable fit on the hips. The large pocket pouches slide easily to facilitate wear on the side of the hips or in front. The old tool belt is going to Goodwill and I’m looking forward to using the Bucket Boss for years.

    Multiple awesome pockets
This deluxe work belt is awesome. It has two bags and both have multiple compartments making it easy to carry various types of screws and nails to complete many different jobs. There are pencil and sharpie holders, a nice hammer holder. The belt that wraps around your waist is very heavy duty with a nice heavy duty buckle and large metal eyelids that the buckle latch goes into making it a breeze to put on and take off. This will last for many many years it’s very ruggedly constructed. Don’t hesitate to get this.

    Definitely recommend
I have owned quite a few carpenters pouches over the past 40 years. Bucket boss has really made some great innovations in the past several years. This thing is so much more comfortable than the ones of yesteryear. Materials are very durable. Pockets are sized perfectly. And you can remove one or both pouches. According to the particular needs. The old belts were a pain to get hooked. That's all history now with this design. It's so simple to hook. Your going to love it. I do

Finally a tool belt big enough to wear in winter (and any day of the week)
This is a quality belt, built to last. I like its construction which immediately shows its quality with one look at it. One thing I liked right away: the hammer holder is in the back. I appreciated that when I am going up and down a ladder or moving around. It is easy enough to spin the belt, pull the hammer, and work. The belt fits to a waist size of 52. The website clearly shows how to length the belt and for the buckle, there are incremental eyelets-so if you are working outside in winter, it is no longer a choice between leaving your jacket unzipped and freezing or not wearing the belt. There is enough length to the belt that you can zip up your jacket and wear the belt on the outside. There are 10 pockets, enough and deep enough for different tools. The top of the belt and pockets have reinforced webbing stitched. In fact, the stitching all over the belt shows time and though went into its design when in use. There is a clip for a tape measure. I get used to my tools and the belt I use so I am pleased this one will last and maybe outlast me! I cam recommend it for its comfortable feel when wearing it and for its function. I always cheated myself by going free or cheap with tool belts then I got this one; I am so glad I did. Finally, a quality belt that fits me.

    My first tool belt
I first saw bucketboss toolbelts at a big box furniture store and was introduced to it by the associate. The quality of the unit was great. This is my first tool belt and it is awesome! There is tons of room in the 2 larger pockets and the metal ring in the center for a hammer. Note that you can rearrange the buckets and hammer storage ring in any order you want, just expand the belt out and slide it out and re-slid the accessories in the order that you want. In my case the out of the box default arrangement works very well for my usage. Highly recommend this for an everyday carpenter. Besides carpentry, I do a lot of HVAC and Electrical work on a ladder and this has come in handy for both types of work. From what i've seen come out of Bucketboss, they have only impressed me with every product I've come across. A+.

The Bucket Boss NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED for the 23.75 inch 10-pocket builder rig tool belt has the room for holding tools, nails and other small parts. You just have to adjust the belt to fit prior to loading it up. The name is a little confusing since it is a belt you wear rather than the actual one that fits on a bucket. That being said, it is really great to be able to have all the items needed to complete a job or task all in one place. In the past I would put a tool down and spend time trying to find the tool or part I needed. It can serve a multitude of different trades with the 10 pockets to put your tools and needed items. I will enjoy the usage of the belt for many years.

fully adjustable, tough toolbelt, with lots of room
Very well made with rip-stop material and tough pockets to hold all kinds of items from tools to screws, etc.  I really like the two hammer holders.  One being at the center back, keeps it out of the way when swinging around.  The other is the more traditional on the side.  The waist belt is a webbing type of material and is easily adjustable to accommodate different waist sizes (my guess 34 - 52).  I have other tool belts but I like that the pouches can be easily positioned to suit my needs and the belt is infinitely adjustable (some other tool belts are either too loose or too tight).  I'll definitely use this item when working about the house especially on a ladder or up in the attic where I don't want to make multiple trips to the tool box.

The bags were GIGANTIC, no good place to put my speed square and the loaded bags slipped off the belt while putting it on and the was no easy way to put suspenders on the belt so I returned it.
