Don’t buy
The installation instructions are an absolute joke. Literally tells me to use the wall mount and screws provided. They were absolutely not provided. Water supply connections are a joke! Currently stopped the project to buy new fittings cause these are ready. The way the goose neck connects is laughable, very flimsy. Poor quality. The shower head attachment is silly eater than making things that fit it requires an adapter. Couldn’t be more disappointed with this product absolute trash.

Beware of Barclay! The stars are for the appearance of product
We will never buy Barclay brand products again! While the faucet is gorgeous and just what we wanted - it was a nightmare! There were NO instructions or parts list and some of the parts weren't even finished!!!! Luckily my husband has been a mechanic and a machinist so he just took the parts out to our garage and took care of it rather than go through the headache of returning them and waiting for another shipment. The faucet is lovely and we like it - just will go with another brand when we need anything else. This in NO WAY reflects on Home Depot. It is not their fault that this company manufactures parts this way and their packaging. We will continue to do business with Home Depot.

The faucet is fine. The riser is cheaply made, and the gooseneck bend points the shower head straight down. The gooseneck is"attached" to the faucet via washer and sliding nut=wobbly riser. WALL ATTACHMENT NOT INCLUDED...not indicated. MUST BE USED within 8" of wall...would have been nice to know.

The biggest issue seems to be that the riser seems to be threaded, but the diverter (where the riser inserts) doesn't seem to be threaded. Therefore, our riser doesn't stand on its own nor does it even fit right into the diverter.
I love the style of this item, but it doesn't seem to fit/work properly... Did we receive a defective piece?
