A:  framed has a boarder around it. Unframed just has the edging, not smooth. When you put up you have to match the edging so it looks correct. Framed you just hang and go to the next piece.

A:  I’m not a product expert, but I believe the framed version has a solid square border around the edge (like a picture frame) and unframed would not have a finished edge and the border would be the natural jagged edge of the lattice pattern.

A:  I live in Vegas where it’s extremely hot, I do not have the frames and in the heat they snap and look like they are melting, then reform when it cools down. 

A:  If you notice in the picture it has about a 1" to 1-1/2" boarder around the lattice which makes if framed, unframed will not have that. Hope this helps.

A:  Not familiar with a non-framed panel. Probably means no border. Framed has a continuous edge along all 4 sides (Border) about 1" thick that the lattice blends into.

A:  The framed looks more finished.

A:  The lattice can definitely be cut with a saw.  We used it as trim for our deck and had to cut extensively to fit the area being covered. Lattice is flexible (bendy), but very sturdy and durable.

A:  Yes it can

A:  I’m sure it can. I cut it with a box cutter and got a very clean cut.

A:  Yes. I cut it with a circular saw. It cuts very easy. Just getting a good visible line was tough. Pencil works pretty well.

A:  Probably , all you need to do is frame it properly. Hopefully the frame of the screen fits the frame needed for the lattice. 

A:  I don’t see why not. We use ours on our deck for privacy. We get horrible wind conditions and it is still standing and looks nice. 

A:  Don't see why not. As long as you have something to secure it to.

A:  Yes as long as there is something to attach it to...either screwed to or zip tied to.

A:  I used it as an under deck cover. I purchased the matching “outdoor” screws, I think hey were stainless.  If your openings match the 4 x 8 size, you can use the borders for attachment, otherwise you will want to trim borders on both sides for a balanced look.  The lattice is molded and will not come apart if you do this.
