          A:  You can, but be aware that you'll lose some usable length when accounting for baluster spacing. In other words, you won't have two full length 48" rail sections when cutting a 96" rail.

            Great railing system!
            I replaced my weathered, old wooden railings with these Veranda vinyl composite railings to avoid having to perform any future maintenance. I installed them with the Veranda post install kits & couldn't be happier with the ease of installation and how they look! Great value, love the thought of never having to paint or stain them & everyone that has seen them says they look fantastic...I would definitely recommend these if you are thinking of replacing or putting in new deck railings!
