It was great...while it worked
My wife and I bought our home last year with a freshly renovated kitchen, complete with new Bosch appliances. It was one of the major reasons we fell in love with the home. The beautiful fridge fit snuggly in a counter-depth nook without taking up a ton of space.
We loved the fridge while it worked, with just a few annoyances about the design: 1) No light in the freezer, 2) Freezer shelves don’t have a stopper and tend to fall out when you pull them 3) wine shelf takes up too much space 4) tall bottles like cartons of milk or wine don’t fit vertically
Unfortunately, 1 year into owning the fridge, an alarm went off warning us that was struggling to keep the set temperature. 30+ hours of calls to Bosch customer service and 2 repair tech visits later, we were told the refrigerant had leaked. And quoted $1,200 to fix it!! Why? Because it was a new European standard of refrigerant that was a rare find in the US. Not to mention, I had to find my own repair tech since no one in the area had the equipment to work on Bosch. They even warned us to stay away from Bosch in the future.
Bosch customer service was the worst and part of the reason for the 2 star review. Since I was the second owner, they didn’t honor the warranty. I’m appalled Bosch doesn’t stand by the quality of their products. We ended up buying a Whirlpool instead and couldn’t be happier with the product and service.

Bosch Beauty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was replacing a SubZero frig which would have cost me more to fix than the new Bosch. I bought it as it was the perfect size. But I love it! Never have I had a frig that kept such a perfect temp. It definitely keeps produce longer. The ice maker is great also. Keep it up Bosch. (My negative comment would be the length of time it took to arrive. It was back ordered and then delayed!).

Excellent Space Saver
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is perfect for my small space. But I have a few notes that may save some trouble.
-Depth. I ordered a Pur 30 cup water dispenser without measuring (my fault). It fits in the fridge, but I have to position the lowest shelf up one. This gives me a very tall bottom space, a narrow middle, and a normal top. It's been fine, because I can fit pitchers in the bottom as well, but does require some creativity with what is in the door, because the dispener is too long. Again - my fault, I should have measured the water dispenser.
Ice maker. This is an ongoing issue, but I think the problem is my own water line. The service techs have been very helpful resolving the issue. I'm sure we'll get it figured out.
People notice the fridge though. It has gotten compliments and looks great in the home.
