About This Product

African lily, also known as Lily-of-the-Nile, graces your garden with star-shaped blooms in a deep blue color. It's an especially eye-catching variety, fabulous in borders, either masse or mixed with other mid to late summer perennials. You can also plant African lily in a pot for a charming display you can easily bring inside for winter in cooler climates. If you choose not to deadhead, you'll get winter interest out of the pretty seed heads. It thrives in salty air and wind-swept conditions, so it's ideal for costal gardens. It's easy to grow and attracts butterflies and beneficial pollinators. Deer tend not to eat this variety.
