    A:  I never had to remove it because I sold my house but I loved it. Painting it was easy and it didn’t look cheap

      A:  Yes it is just spray water let it sit for awhile than used a scraper. It comes off easily.

            A:  No, it is not peel and stick, but it is pre-pasted. You wet the back with water, and it sticks. It is not plasticky like peel and stick, but more like a paper.
