Asked by: Kb
Good Morning, Thank you for contacting us with your question. We are happy to tell you that we do make the coordinating trim pieces for the Plano Oak Gray. The model number for the coordinating stainose is TS9RK71L which can be special ordered by a sales associate at your local The Home Depot store. Because the item is a special order, the sales associate would need to contact Armstrong directly for their special SKU number. We hope this information is helpful. Have a great day.

Asked by: julie
Good morning Julie. Thank you for reaching out to us with your question. Hardwood flooring is manufactured in random length pieces, so it is not packaged with a specific number of pieces in each carton. it is packaged by square feet per carton. This floor is packaged with 24 square feet of flooring in each carton. I hope this information is helpful. Have a great day.

Plano Oak Country Natural 3/4 in. Thick x 5 in. Wide x Varying Length Solid Hardwood Flooring (23.5 sq. ft. / case) is rated 3.5 out of 5 by 13.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Beautiful color BUT Beautiful floors BUT scratch easily. Literally installed throughout our entire home today and in many (20+) places can see the bright wood color due to small scratches.

However Bruce please don't tell people that the higher number of clear manufacturer defects are part of the charm of this product. Yes, it may have more knots and color variations but clear planing issues where a piece of wood can be over 1/4' thinner compared to other boards is just a defect. Let's call it what it is and there is a lot of them in the 35 boxes I got. This line has a higher percentage of defects compared to others. I suggest getting 15-20% extra. Even with that it is still a good value. Just understand what you are getting and check your boards.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DON’T DO IT! Just installed 275’ of this flooring. I’ll have to say Bruce products have generally been good to work with in the past but this 5” plank made exclusively for Home Depot has little to be desired! This wood should never leave the plant. The milling is way off to say the least as well most of the longer boards aren’t straight and let me tell ya, you’re not going to pull up 5” oak that has a 3/4” bow. There are sooo many issues going on with this wood. Bruce Flooring should be ashamed that they send this product out the door. This wood needs to be culled in a different way!!

The floor color is beautiful, but the quality of the product was questionable. there were SEVERAL pieces that we actually marked with big red "X" from the factory, meaning they had defects AT THE FACTORY... why would they ship these defective pieces??? Several pieces were NOT cut straight giving my install crews problems with the "christmas" tree gaps. There was probably 10% of it that was not good enough to install. In hindsight, I would not have purchased, even at the decent price that it is, because of the quality issues impacting the installation. Maybe this is just a problem with Bruce manufacturing, not sure as this is the first Bruce product I had purchased. Also I was unable to get t-molding and stair nose in this color, again impacting my installation in a negative way.

When I opened the box's the flooring did not look like the picture on Home Depot's website or the display in the store. Some of the box's contained a lot of knotty bad looking discolored wood and all of the longer pieces are crooked.
