Q:I ordered this item based on the description that stated "over extension". Today July 27th my contractor installed the slides on one of the shelves and we see the shelf is only "full extension". Work is on hold. How can the issue be resolved?

Answer This Question

A:  Thank you for your inquiry, each drawer slide has a plastic lever disconnect on the side. The lever would either needs to be press up or down, depending which side of the drawer member is mount. Incorrect description -
Based on the product description that stated "over extension", I spent extra $280 to buy the set of slides specifically for the "over extension" feature. Upon installation of the first slide my contractor observed the slides are only "full extension". It is not soft close either. I am waiting for Home Depot and the vendor to address the resolution before concluding the experience as "deceptive" business practice.
