The dishwasher meets our expectations, but I was annoyed that Home Depot initially scheduled a delivery for which they didn’t show. I wasted an entire Saturday for nothing. It came a week later, and they did issue me a credit for my time. I installed the unit myself with no trouble.

Normal plates don't fit in the bottom plate rack
We have regular or even on the smaller side dinner plates and when they are put in the lower rack and you try to push it in or pull it out. They plates hit the spraying fan device hanging from the top rack. This spraying fan device even hits our not sharp peanut butter knives that are in the vertical silverware rack. I don't understand why it is made this way?
I'm going to have to return it to get a dishwasher that can fit plates and knives.
I hope someone from Cafe contacts me over this

Hi - Thank you for reaching out to us. We are deeply sorry to hear about your difficulty loading the upper rack on your beautiful Café dishwasher. This model offers an adjustable upper rack. The rack can be adjusted up or down approximately 2". Please review page 14 of the owner's manual for directions to adjust the rack -- https://images.thdstatic.com/catalog/pdfImages/df/dfc44bf6-b989-47f9-bebd-06e31b58889e.pdf -- From your description, it sounds like the upper rack may be in the lower position which would greatly reduce your loading flexibility. Buy an extended warranty if you buy this
Purchased 6/20, no issues at 1st then wheels began melting off on the bottom rack. 11/21 water leaking. Had to replace motor. Now have damaged hardwoods. Damaged sheetrock in basement ceiling below. 3/22 have to replace silverware rack as the bottom of the rack melted through. 11/22 dishes not cleaning. Water only spraying through silverware rack. Diverter/Harness need to be replaced. I have spent more in parts, labor, service calls, than what I paid for the dishwasher brand new 2.5 years ago

Beautiful, quiet and cleans expertly!
We could not be happier with our dishwasher choice, not only is it stunning in our kitchen it’s fits all our dishes beautifully, we love how you can adjust height of top rack to our needs. Dishes come out sparkling & dry, even plastic. Would highly recommend.

Final Touch
Following our purchase of a Cafe dual oven stove in June, we opted to remodel our kitchen. We next invested in the matching Cafe refrigerator. That was followed by the amazing Cafe microwave. And of course the final touch was the fabulous Cafe dishwasher! Uber satisfaction all the way around!! Way too many pluses to list!!! See the amazing space we now enjoy!!

Great Dishwasher
We purchased this dishwasher through a local store when we did our full kitchen remodel last year. Looks REALLY nice. Has a stainless steel interior, and washes dishes really well (what more could you ask for???). Top-door controls that are hidden when the door is completely shut. Our dishes come out looking great. We use the dishwasher pods, so I'm not sure if traditional dry or liquid detergent would produce different results. The top shelf came with wine glass holders, which are removable. The silverware cart has individual slots for silverware, which keeps them farther apart & ensures better cleaning.
So far, so good!

Expensive and small
It’s a good dishwasher, runs quiet, looks nice, cleans the dishes. For the price, it should hold more.

Love my dishwasher
I bought a brand new house with upgrade GE Cafe appliances. My dishwasher works beautifully. I have not had a dishwasher that works this well...ever! I had my dull brown cabinets painted to match all of my Black Matte GE Cafe appliances. It looks beautiful and very modern.

This video will walk you through the simple steps you must take in order to ensure a successful delivery and installation of your new Dishwasher from The Home Depot.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- New dishwasher connection kit
- Water supply line (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Electrical outlet within 6 ft. of hook up
- The rough cabinet opening must be at least: 24" W X 24" D X 34–1/2" H
