almost impossible to chose the right color

To many colors but impossible to pick the right one from the picture on the web, mine was totally different from the actual even if 2 risers in the kit were almost right. There is no way to contact the seller to order the right one…..

Love the product and easy to install; however, ordering extra product is necessary. Mostly my fault. My error on cutting a tread resulted in needing an extra tread. The replacement tread is much different than the other 14 tread. Apparently there is no way to order a matching tread by lot number. Frustrating. The suggested solution is to repeatedly order and return until you get a matching tread.
