Great Lightweight cargo short!
Great pair of shorts. I have the shorter inseam lightweight Ripstop Work short as well and the fit in the cargo version is comparable. The cargo pockets are not bulky at all, and the flap sits flat with no velcro or snaps securing it. The cargo shorts do not have the zippered pocket in the left pocket like the work shorts, but I don't use it anyway, and it seems like it gets in the way more than helps in the work short.
Will be buying the other colors in these!

Well rounded short
Nice flex in the waist. Very comfortable and durable. Slowly becoming my favorite pair of shorts. Can’t go wrong with FORCE RIP STOP. The best!

The only shorts I’ll wear for work

I wore Cabela 7 pocket hiking shorts for years. They quit making them and I've been searching and trying different shorts the past couple years but couldn't find anything that matched or even came close until I tried these. Very happy with them so don't quit making them.

Best work shorts I own
I work at a summer camp and am a fishing guide from spring through fall. These shorts meet professional standards, are lightweight and durable and dry quickly when wet. They perform so much better than any other pair I own, I am purchasing more of this exact pair.

What happened?
These are the worst fitting shorts I've ever gotten from Carhartt.
The thin fabric is all right, but the fit is terrible.
It is like wearing a girtle.
I think they discontinued the good ones.

Good quality
Decent cargo short. Nice stretch to the fabric. More green-colored than the typical "Tarmac" Pantone color, but not a bad color just more green than I anticipated.

Better then expected
Real happy with the way they look and fit. Can’t say much about durability yet (only wore them once). They seem like they will last awhile. After I bought my first pair and tried them on I ordered another pair.
